CERVED RATING AGENCY ABBASSA A C2.1 IL RATING DI TREVI FINANZIARIA INDUSTRIALE S.P.A.

Cesena, 2 luglio 2018 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., rende noto che in data odierna Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A. ha comunicato alla Società, tramite l'invio di una comunicazione (allegata al presente comunicato), di aver modificato il rating della Società da C1.2 a C2.1.

Si segnala che la nota con la quale Cerved Rating Agency ha aggiornato il rating della Società è disponibile anche sul sito internet della società (www.trevifin.com, sezione Investor Relations / Informazioni Regolamentate / Debito & Credit Rating).

Cesena, July 2, 2018 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., announces that today Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A. has notified the Company, by sending a communication (attached to this release), that it has changed the Company's rating from C1.2 to C2.1.

Cerved Rating Agency in data 02/07/2018 ha modificato il rating di TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. da C1.2 a C2.1.

Prima emissione del rating: 15/06/2014

L'azione di rating scaturisce dal comunicato stampa emesso dalla Società in data 28/06/2018 relativo alle trattative in corso per l'operazione di ristrutturazione finanziaria e di rafforzamento patrimoniale del Gruppo Trevi. Rispetto alle precedenti press release è stato comunicato che la nuova finanza, in particolare la concessione di un prestito c.d. "super senior" per complessivi 150 milioni di euro, sarà erogata nell'ambito di un accordo di ristrutturazione ai sensi dell'articolo 182-bis LF e dello stralcio e/o conversione in strumenti finanziari di una parte dell'indebitamento finanziario in essere.

In base alla metodologia di Cerved Rating Agency, tale procedura di ristrutturazione comporta il collocamento del rating nella classe C2.1.

Cerved Rating Agency ritiene che, in considerazione dello stato di avanzamento delle trattative in corso e in previsione della definizione di un accordo, la continuità operativa non sarà compromessa.

Cerved Rating Agency on 02/07/2018 has downgraded TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A rating from C1.2 to C2.1

Date of first issuance of the rating: 15/06/2014

The rating action follows the Trevi Group update on the debt restructuring and equity strengthening ongoing negotiations communicated in the press release dated 28/06/2018. In the last update it was announced that the new financing, in particular a super senior loan for an amount of 150 million of euro, will be made available in the context of a debt restructuring agreement to be entered into pursuant to Article 182 bis of the Italian insolvency law, and that a portion of the existing financial debt will be waived and/or converted in equity instruments.

Consistent with the Cerved Rating Agency methodology the above mentioned restructuring proposal positions the rating in the class C2.1.

In the view of the progress of the negotiations and assuming the closing of the restructuring agreement Cerved Rating Agency believes that the business operating continuity will not be compromised.
