Variazione del calendario degli eventi societari

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 13 luglio 2018– Emak S.p.A. rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione chiamato ad approvare la relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2018 si terrà in data 9 agosto 2018 anziché in data 10 agosto 2018, come inizialmente previsto dal calendario degli eventi societari, diffuso ex art. 2.6.2., art. 1, lettera b), del Regolamento Mercati di Borsa Italiana.

Amendment to the corporate events calendar 2018

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), July 13, 2018 - Emak S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors called to approve the 2018 half year report at June 30 will be held on August 9, 2018 instead of on August 10, 2018, as originally planned by the calendar of company events, released ex. art. 2.6.2., Art. 1, letter b) of Market Regulation of the Italian Stock Exchange.
