PRECISAZIONI CON RIFERIMENTO ALL'OPERAZIONE DI RAFFORZAMENTO PATRIMONIALE E RISTRUTTURAZIONE DELL'INDEBITAMENTO DEL GRUPPO TREVI

Cesena, 21 gennaio 2019 – Con riferimento alle indiscrezioni diffuse nei giorni scorsi dalla stampa riguardanti l'operazione di rafforzamento patrimoniale e di ristrutturazione dell'indebitamento del Gruppo Trevi, su richiesta della CONSOB la Società precisa che, in linea con quanto comunicato al mercato in data 19 dicembre 2018 (consultabile sul sito www.trevifin.com, sezione Investor Relations/Comunicati Stampa), le trattative per la definizione dell'accordo di ristrutturazione con i rappresentanti delle banche finanziatrici, nonché la definizione degli assetti partecipativi, stanno avanzando. La Società provvederà ad informare tempestivamente il mercato al raggiungimento di un accordo definitivo, che come già anticipato non è prevedibile possa intervenire prima del prossimo mese di febbraio.

CLARIFICATIONS WITH REFERENCE TO THE CAPITAL STRENGTHENING TRANSACTION AND RESTRUCTURING OF THE TREVI GROUP'S DEBT

Cesena, January, 21 2019 – With reference to the rumors released in recent days by the press concerning the capital strengthening transaction and restructuring of the Trevi Group's debt, as requested by CONSOB, the Company specifies that, in line with the content of the press release dated December 19, 2018 (available for consultation on the website www.trevifin.com, section "Investor Relations / Press Releases"), the negotiations for the definition of the restructuring agreement with the representatives of the financing banks, as well as the definition of the shareholding structure, are in progress. The Company will promptly inform the market when a definitive agreement will be reached; the latter, as already anticipated, can not be foreseen before the next month of February.
