Calendario degli eventi societari 2019

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 28 gennaio 2019 - Emak S.p.A. (Milano, segmento STAR), comunica il calendario degli appuntamenti societari per l'esercizio 2019.

• 31 Gennaio 2019 Esame dei primi dati relativi all'esercizio 2018.
• 14 Marzo 2019 Esame e approvazione del Progetto di Bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2018.
• 30 Aprile 2019 Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti per l'approvazione del bilancio al 31 dicembre 2018 e rinnovo degli Organi Societari.
• 15 Maggio 2019 Esame ed approvazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 31 marzo 2019.
• 9 Agosto 2019 Esame ed approvazione della Relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2019.
• 14 Novembre 2019 Esame ed approvazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 30 settembre 2019.

Con riferimento al D. Lgs. 25/2016, che recepisce la direttiva Transparency (direttiva 2013/50/UE), Emak, quale emittente appartenente al segmento STAR del MTA, conferma che, in conformità al regolamento mercati di Borsa Italiana (art. 2.2.3., comma 3, lett. a), proseguirà durante l'esercizio 2019 con la redazione e pubblicazione sistematica dei resoconti intermedi di gestione con le stesse modalità utilizzate finora. Emak, come tradizione, si avvale dell'esimente dalla pubblicazione del quarto resoconto di esercizio, mettendo a disposizione del pubblico la relazione finanziaria annuale, unitamente agli altri documenti previsti dall'art. 154-ter, comma primo, T.U.F., entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio

Emak Group: corporate events calendar 2019

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 28 January 2019 - Emak S.p.A. (MTA, STAR) informs about the 2019 corporate events calendar.

31 January 2019 Review of 2018 preliminary results

14 March 2019 Review and approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018.

30 April 2019 Annual General Meeting for the approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2018 and renewal of corporate bodies.

• 15 May 2019 Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as at 31 March 2019
• 9 August 2019 Approval of the Half Year Report as at 30 June 2019

14 November 2019 Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as at 30 September 2019

With reference to Legislative Decree no. 25/2016, which transposes the Transparency Directive (Directive 2013/50 / EU), Emak, as issuer belonging to the STAR segment of the MTA, confirms that, in accordance with Regulations of the Italian Stock Exchange (art. 2.2.3., paragraph 3, letter. a), will continue during the year 2018, with the preparation and systematic publication of quarterly reports with the same procedures used so far.

Emak, as a tradition, uses the exemption from the publication of the fourth quarterly report, making available to the public the annual financial report, together with the other documents provided by art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F., within 90 days from the end of the year.
