Mestre (Venice), 9 March 2019 - On 8 March 2019, the Chief Executive Officer of Banca IFIS SpA, Mr. Giovanni Bossi, received a personal communication by the Chairman of La Scogliera Sebastien Egon Fürstenberg in which he, confirming the appreciation for his work carried out for many years as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, wanted, in fairness, to anticipate to him the majority shareholder's decision not to present him in the list in course of definition to be deposited in the Annual General Meeting called to renew the Bank's Board of Directors.

In order to guarantee an orderly handover, the Chief Executive Officer has ensured, as expressly requested by the majority shareholder, his full availability to accompany the Bank up to the shareholders' meeting called to approve the financial statements and appoint the new corporate bodies.

It is specified that there is no agreement relating to the recognition of severances to the CEO.
