Grassobbio (Bergamo - Italy), 23 March 2019 – Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES), at the head of a group leader in the market of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and materials, announces on expiry of the deadline, no list for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors was filed by minority Shareholders. Pursuant to Article 144-sexies, paragraph 5 of the Italian Issuers Regulation, the deadline for the submission of lists for said appointment by minority Shareholders – with the same procedures and documentation reported in the Notice published on 6 March 2019 on Tesmec website (http://investor.tesmec.com/Governance/Meetings.aspx) and in abridged (in Italian) on the daily newspaper Italia Oggi – is thus extended to 25 March 2019, and the minimum shareholding percentage required for presenting the lists is reduced by half.
