CANDIDATURE A RAPPRESENTANTE COMUNE DEGLI OBBLIGAZIONISTI

Cesena, 5 aprile 2019 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" o la "Società") comunica che, in vista dell'Assemblea degli Obbligazionisti, convocata per l'8 aprile 2019, in prima convocazione, e occorrendo, per il 2 maggio 2019, in seconda convocazione, e per il 6 maggio 2019, in terza convocazione, e in relazione a quanto previsto al primo punto all'ordine del giorno, gli obbligazionisti:

• C.F.O. SIM S.p.A., titolare di complessive n. 600.000 obbligazioni pari all' 1,20% delle obbligazioni emesse e non estinte, ha proposto la candidatura dell'avv. Mario Maienza quale rappresentante comune degli obbligazionisti.
• AMUNDI SGR S.p.A., titolare di complessive n. 3.000.000 obbligazioni pari al 6% delle obbligazioni emesse e non estinte, ha proposto la candidatura della società LOAN AGENCY SERVICES S.r.L. quale rappresentante comune degli obbligazionisti.

I documenti relativi a tali candidature sono depositati presso la sede sociale, nonché pubblicati sul sito internet www.trevifin.com/it nella sezione "Governance/Assemblee Obbligazionisti".

APPLICATIONS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF BONDHOLDERS

Cesena, April 5, 2019 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") announces that, in view of the Bondholders' Meeting convened for 8 April 2019, on first call, and if necessary, on 2 May 2019, on second call, and on 6 May 2019, on third call, and in relation to the provisions of the first item on the agenda, the bondholders:

• C.F.O. SIM S.p.A., owner of a total of n. 600,000 bonds equal to 1.20% of the bonds issued and not extinguished, proposed the candidacy of Mr. Mario Maienza as representative of the bondholders.
• AMUNDI SGR S.p.A., holder of a total of n. 3,000,000 bonds equal to 6% of the bonds issued and not extinguished, proposed the candidacy of the company LOAN AGENCY SERVICES S.r.L. as representative of the bondholders.

The documents relating to these candidacies are deposited at the registered office of the Company, as well as published on the website www.trevifin.com/it in the section "Governance / Bond Meetings.
