ASSEMBLEA DEGLI OBBLIGAZIONISTI

Cesena, 5 aprile 2019 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" o la "Società") rende noto che, sulla base delle informazioni a propria disposizione, ha ragione di ritenere che non potrà essere raggiunto il quorum costitutivo necessario per tenere l'Assemblea degli Obbligazionisti indetta in prima convocazione per il giorno 8 aprile 2019.

Si rammenta che l'Assemblea è convocata in seconda e terza convocazione rispettivamente in data 2 maggio 2019 alle ore 11:00, e in data 6 maggio 2019 alle ore 15:00, presso lo Studio Legale Lombardi Segni e Associati in Milano, Via Andegari 4/A.

BONDHOLDERS' MEETING

Cesena, April 5, 2019 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") announces that, based on the information at its disposal, it has reason to believe that the quorum required to hold the Bondholders' Meeting called on first call for 8 April 2019 cannot be reached.

It is recalled that the Shareholders' Meeting is called on second and third call respectively on 2 May 2019 at 11:00, and on 6 May 2019 at 15:00, at the Lombardi Segni e Associati Law Firm in Milan, Via Andegari 4 / A.
