ASSEMBLEA DEGLI OBBLIGAZIONISTI

Cesena, 8 aprile 2019 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" o la "Società") rende noto che non è stato raggiunto il quorum per la costituzione dell'Assemblea degli Obbligazionisti indetta in data odierna in prima convocazione. Si rammenta che l'assemblea è convocata in seconda e terza convocazione rispettivamente in data 2 maggio 2019 alle ore 11:00, e in data 6 maggio 2019 alle ore 15:00, presso lo Studio Legale Lombardi Segni e Associati in Milano, Via Andegari 4/A.

BONDHOLDERS' MEETING

Cesena, April 8, 2019 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") announces that the quorum for the constitution of the Bondholders' Meeting called today in first call has not been reached.

It is recalled that the Bondholders' Meeting is called on second and third call respectively on May 2, 2019 at 11:00, and on May 6, 2019 at 15:00, at the Lombardi Segni e Associati Law Firm in Milan, Via Andegari 4 / A.
