INTEGRAZIONE DEL COMITATO PARTI CORRELATE

Milano, 29 agosto 2019 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" o la "Società") comunica che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha integrato il Comitato Parti Correlate con la nomina del consigliere indipendente dott.ssa Marta Dassù.

INTEGRATION OF THE RELATED PARTIES COMMITTEE

Milan, 29 August 2019 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") announces that today the Board of Directors has integrated the Related Parties Committee with the appointment of the independent director Marta Dassù.

La capogruppo è quotata alla Borsa di Milano dal mese di luglio 1999.
