ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Cesena, September 18, 2019 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Trevifin"), with reference to the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Trevifin for the approval of the financial statements and for the renewal of the corporate bodies convened at the registered office in Via Larga 201, Cesena (FC) on 23 September 2019 at 14.00 on first call and, if necessary, on 30 September 2019 on second call, same place and time, announces that, in light of the information currently in its possession, the meeting will be held on second call.
