ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI

Cesena, 24 settembre 2019 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" o la "Società") rende noto che è andata deserta l'Assemblea degli Azionisti indetta in data 23 settembre 2019 in prima convocazione. Si rammenta che l'assemblea è convocata in seconda convocazione in data 30 settembre 2019 alle ore 14:00 presso la sede sociale in Via Larga 201, Cesena (FC).

SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Cesena, September 24, 2019 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") announces that the Shareholders' Meeting called on 23 September 2019 on first call was not quorate. It should be noted that the Shareholders' Meeting is called on second call on 30 September 2019 at 14:00 at the registered office in Via Larga 201, Cesena (FC).
