"TREVI – FINANZIARIA INDUSTRIALE S.P.A. ADDITIONAL PERIODIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Cesena, December 30, 2019 – Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the Board of Directors of the Company, which met on December 17, 2019, in application of the provisions of Article 82-ter, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulations, resolved to discontinue the communication to the public of the additional periodic financial information relating to the first and third quarter of each financial year, with effect from the next financial year 2020.

The Board of Directors justified the above decision in order to allow the Company's administrative structure to focus on extraordinary financial restructuring and capital strengthening operations, as well as on the industrial and commercial relaunch of the Group.
