TESMEC S.P.A.: APPOINTMENT OF THE MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL REPORTS

Grassobbio (Bergamo - Italy), 10th January 2020 - The Board of Directors of Tesmec S.p.A. ("Tesmec" or the "Company"), met today and, with immediate effect, after obtaining the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors and in compliance with the requirements of integrity and professionalism expected by current legislation and by the Articles of Association, appointed Mr. Marco Paredi - already Investor Relations Manager – also as Tesmec "Manager responsible for the preparation of the Company's Financial Reports" pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

Mr. Marco Paredi, after obtaining the Bachelor's Degree in "Administration, Accounting and Auditing" at the University of Bergamo in 2004, obtained the Master's Degree in "Business Economics and Business Management " with honors at the same University in 2006. During his professional experience, he held accounting and commercial functions in different Companies belonging to important Italian industrial groups. In April 2015, he joined the Tesmec Group as Group Controller, from August 2018, in addition to this position, he also assumed the role of Investor Relations, contributing to the expansion of the knowledge and strategic visions of the Business and the Market, with particular regard to the Trencher division.

Mr. Marco Paredi succeeds in this role to Mr. Dr. Gianluca Casiraghi, - who resigned as "Manager responsible for the preparation of the Company's Financial Reports", and as Chief Financial Officer, effective from March 1 2020, in order to meet new professional challenges and for personal opportunities.

Mr. Gianluca Casiraghi does not directly and / or indirectly hold Tesmec shares.
