TREVI – FINANZIARIA INDUSTRIALE S.P.A. 2020 CALENDAR OF FINANCIAL EVENTS

Cesena, January 31, 2020 –Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (the "Company") discloses its 2020 financial calendar pursuant to art. 2.6.2 paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:

• May 22, 2020 Board of Directors approval of the annual and consolidated preliminary results for the fiscal year 2019.
• June 25, 2020 –Via Larga 201, 47522 Cesena First call of the Ordinary Shareholders for the approval of the 2019 Annual Report. Second Call: June 29, 2020
• September 22, 2020 Board of Directors approval of the half-year report as of June 30, 2020.

Any changes to the above-mentioned dates will be communicated promptly.

In application of the provisions of Article 82-ter, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulations, the Company reminds that on December 30, 2019 informed about its intention to discontinue the communication to the public of the additional periodic financial information relating to the first and third quarter of each financial year, with effect from the next financial year 2020.
