Notice to Shareholders
Mestre (Venice), 16 March 2020 – Banca IFIS would like to inform its Shareholders that, contrary to the communication of 12 March, in accordance with the Instructions to the Regulations of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana (Title IA.2, Section IA.2.1, Art. IA.2.1.1) the dividend will be paid on 20 May 2020, with record date on 19 May 2020 and ex-dividend date (coupon no.23) on 18 May 2020.
The dividend will be paid through the authorized financial intermediaries with which the shares are registered in the Monte Titoli System.
At the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2020, the Board will propose a dividend of 1.10 Euro gross per share, a 5% increase from last year.
The Meeting notice and documentation on the Meeting minutes will be published according to the terms and guidelines stipulated by the regulations in force.
