TESMEC S.P.A.: TESMEC GROUP SELECTED IN THE PROPOSAL FOR THE AWARD OF THE THIRD LOT OF THE RFI TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF TRUCKS FOR THE TERRITORIAL DIAGNOSTICS ON APRONS, NODES AND INTERCONNECTIONS.

The subsidiary Tesmec Rail S.r.l. has been selected in the proposal to award lot no. 3 in the tender, for a total value of approximately € 50 million, relating to the supply of trucks for diagnostics.

Grassobbio (Bergamo – Italy), 13 May 2020 – Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES) ("Tesmec" or the "Company"), at the head of a group leader in the market of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and materials, announces that on May 12, 2020, its subsidiary Tesmec Rail S.r.l. was selected in the award proposal for the 3 rd lot of the tender launched by RFI – Rete Ferroviaria Italiana SpA, a company of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group responsible for the overall management of the national railway network, for the supply and Full Maintenance Service of trucks for the territorial diagnostics on aprons, nodes and interconnections.

This achievement is the result of the path undertaken in recent years by the Tesmec Group for the development of railway systems with high technological content.

Following the definition of the ranking, RFI must therefore, in compliance with the provisions of the tender specifications, start the verification of consistency between the solutions presented in the technical offer and the quantities indicated in the economic offer for the final award. The relative supply contract will be signed only after the positive verification of the aforementioned requirements and the further steps foreseen in the tender documentation.
