TESMEC S.P.A.: UPDATE ON THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY FROM COVID-19

Grassobbio (Bergamo – Italy), 28 May 2020Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES) ("Tesmec" or the "Company"), at the head of a group leader in the market of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and materials, with reference to the measures for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 and the related government provisions, announces that starting form 4 May the Group's operating activities have resumed regularly at all its production sites in Italy and abroad.

In particular, as communicated to the market on 21 May, the Group regularly resumed operations at the Grassobbio, Endine, Sirone, Fidenza and Padua plants, after a temporary interruption from 23 March to 4 May, and at the Patrica site, after a temporary interruption form March 23 to April 12. The Monopoli plant, the Group's main production plant in the railway sector, also regularly resumed full operation, after a temporary suspension from 23 March to 12 April. As for the Group's foreign sites, operations in Durtal (France) were interrupted from March 17 to April 20, in compliance with the French government's provisions, while it was also able to continue without interruption at the Alvarado plant (USA). In Australia and New Zealand, where the Group does not have production plants but where it operates in various construction sites, activities stopped from March 19 to May 15 and from March 25 to April 27 respectively.

The administrative and commercial activities of the Company continued, however, to be fully operational and functional for the entire period through the use of smart-working and in compliance with all the most stringent protocols aimed at preserving the health, security and safety of employees, collaborators, suppliers and customers, which represent an absolute priority for the Company.
