Change in the 2021 corporate events calendar

Mestre (Venice), 24 June 2021 – Banca Ifis announces that its Board of Directors' Meeting of today has resolved to modify the 2021 corporate events calendar published on 15 January 2021, calling a Shareholders' Meeting for 28 July 2021.

Please find below the updated calendar of upcoming 2021 corporate events:

• 28 July 2021 Shareholders' Meeting
• 5 August 2021 Approval of half-yearly report at 30 June 2021
• 4 November 2021 Approval of third quarterly report 2021

Any subsequent changes to the information contained in the calendar will be promptly published.
