SOTTOSCRITTO L'ACCORDO DI STANDSTILL CON LE BANCHE FINANZIATRICI DEL GRUPPO

Cesena, 5 agosto 2021 – Facendo seguito al comunicato stampa del 14 luglio 2021 (emesso in pari data e disponibile sul sito internet della Società www.trevifin.com, sezione "Investor Relations/Comunicati Stampa"), Trevi – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. comunica che, in data odierna, ha ricevuto conferma dell'intervenuta accettazione dell'accordo di standstill da parte di tutte le banche finanziatrici sottoscrittrici dello stesso.

SIGNED THE STANDSTILL AGREEMENT WITH THE FINANCING BANKS OF THE GROUP

Cesena, August 5, 2021 – Following the press release dated July 14, 2021 (issued on the same date and available on the Company's website www.trevifin.com, "Investor Relations/Press Releases" section), Trevi – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. announces that, on today's date, it has received confirmation of the acceptance of the standstill agreement by all the financial creditors signatories of the same.
