Mestre (Venice), 16 August 2021 – With reference to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled for the 28th of July 2021, Banca IFIS announces that, in compliance with the law in force, the following documentation is available to the public at the Bank's registered office, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the authorised storage mechanism SDIR & STORAGE , the Minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

The documentation is available to the public also on the website www.bancaifis.it in the Corporate Governance/ Shareholders' Meeting of 28 July 2021 section.
