Informazione sull'ammontare del capitale sociale

Ai sensi dell'art. 125 - quater, comma 1, lett. c) del d.lgs. n. 58/98 si informa il pubblico sull'ammontare del capitale sociale e il numero e le categorie di azioni in cui lo stesso è suddiviso:

• il capitale sociale è suddiviso in numero 43.797.507 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale unitario pari a €. 1,00;
• ciascuna azione ordinaria dà diritto ad un voto in assemblea.

Disclosure on amount of share capital

In accordance with Article 125-quater, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree No 58/98, the amount of share capital and the number and classes of shares into which they are divided is hereby communicated:

• the share capital consists of 43,797,507 ordinary shares of a nominal value of Euro 1.00;
• every share has the right to one vote at the Shareholder' Meeting.
