THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TREVI – FINANZIARIA INDUSTRIALE S.P.A. HAS RESOLVED TO CO-OPT ENG. PAOLO BESOZZI
Cesena, 8 March 2023 – Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ('Trevifin' or the 'Company'), informs that today the Board of Directors, in accordance with article 2386 of the Civil Code, resolved to co-opt Eng. Paolo Besozzi as an independent non-executive director of the Company, replacing the resigned Dr. Pierpaolo Di Stefano. Eng. Besozzi will remain in charge until the next shareholders' meeting.
