Deposito della Relazione finanziaria annuale 2022 e di ulteriore documentazione per l'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 28 aprile 2023

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 30 marzo 2023 - Si rende noto che in data odierna sono stati messi a disposizione del pubblico, sul sito internet www.emakgroup.it, nella sezione "Investor Relations" i seguenti documenti:

• la Relazione finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2022 comprendente il Progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio e il Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2022 con la relativa Relazione degli Amministratori sulla gestione e le prescritte attestazioni, corredata dalle Relazioni della Società di Revisione e dalla Relazione del Collegio Sindacale;
• la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario 2022;
• la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ai sensi dell'art. 123-bis del TUF;
• la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ai sensi dell'art. 123-ter del TUF.

Filing of the Annual Report 2022 and other documents for the General Shareholders' meeting called for 28 of April 2023.

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 30 March 2023 - The Company announces that, today the following documents have been made available to the public on the website - www.emakgroup.it, in the "Investor Relations" section as well as on the authorized central storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" consultable at the website, :

• 2022 Annual Report, including the draft of the separated and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2022, together with the Directors' Report and the required certifications, the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report and the External Audit Firm's Report;
• The 2022 Consolidated Non-Financial Statement;
• The Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to art. 123-bis of the consolidated law on finance (TUF);
• The Report on the remuneration policy and on compensation paid pursuant to article 123-ter of the consolidated law on finance (TUF);
