Addendum to the press release of March 28, 2023, regarding the proposal for the introduction of enhanced voting rights
Cologno al Serio (BG), 31 March 2023
Further to the press release dated March 28, 2023, regarding the proposal to amend the Company Bylaws to introduce enhanced voting rights, Grifal Spa ("Grifal" or the "Company") announces that, in order to allow a broader range of investors to benefit from the increased voting rights, each Grifal shareholder may request the allocation of this benefit by submitting a request to the Company within 60 days from the record date (April 18, 2023).
It will therefore not be necessary to have continuous share ownership for at least 12 months as of the publication date of the notice convening the General Meeting, as previously indicated.
Further information will be made available in the explanatory report of the directors to the Shareholders' Meeting, which will be available at the company's headquarters in Via XXIV Maggio 1, Cologno al Serio (BG), and on the Company's website www.grifal.it, in the Investor Relations section, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
