Calendario degli eventi societari 2024

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 14 novembre 2023- Emak S.p.A. comunica il calendario degli appuntamenti societari per l'esercizio 2024.

30 Gennaio 2024	Esame dei primi dati relativi all'esercizio 2023.
14 Marzo 2024	Esame e approvazione del Progetto di Bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2023.
29 Aprile 2024	Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti per l'approvazione del bilancio al 31 dicembre 2023.
15 Maggio 2024	Esame ed approvazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 31 marzo 2024.
8 Agosto 2024	Esame ed approvazione della Relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2024.
13 Novembre 2024	Esame ed approvazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 30 settembre 2024.

Emak si avvale dell'esimente dalla pubblicazione del quarto resoconto di esercizio, mettendo a disposizione del pubblico la relazione finanziaria annuale, unitamente agli altri documenti previsti dall'art. 154-ter, comma primo, T.U.F., entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio

30 January 2024	Review of 2023 preliminary results
14 March 2024	Review and approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
29 April 2024	Annual General Meeting for the approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2023.
15 May 2024	Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as at 31 March 2024.
8 August 2024	Approval of the Half Year Report as at 30 June 2024.
13 November 2024	Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as at 30 September 2024.

Emak uses the exemption from the publication of the fourth quarterly report, making available to the public the annual financial report, together with the other documents provided by art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F., within 90 days from the end of the year.
