2024 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Cesena, January 26, 2024 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin", the "Company") announces its calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2024 as per Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

• Meeting of the Board of Directors to examine the draft of the Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2023.
Wednesday, eay 8, 2024
- Shareholders' Meeting to approve the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2023.

• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the voluntary periodic information on new orders and business performance as of March 31, 2024.
Thursday August 8, 2024
• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the half-year consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2024.
Tuesday, November 14, 2024
• Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the voluntary periodic information on new orders and business performance as of September 2024.
