SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 8, 2024 (1st CALL) AND MAY 9, 2024 (2nd CALL)

PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Cesena, April 5 th , 2024 - Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") informs that today the following documents were made available at the Company's registered office (Via Larga di Sant'Andrea 201, Cesena), on the Company's website at www.trevifin.com in the "Governance/Shareholders' Meetings" section and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" available at :

• the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Trevifin, convened at the Company's registered office on May 8 th , 2024, at 10:00 a.m., on first call, and, if necessary, on May 9, 2024, same place and time, on second call;
• the Reports of the Board of Directors on items 1 and 2on the agenda of the aforesaid Shareholders' Meeting, respectively: (i) the approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2023, the proposal for the allocation of the result for the year and the consolidated non-financial statement prepared pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 254/2016 (NFS) and (ii) the Remuneration Policy and compensation paid;
• the proxy form pursuant to Article 135 undecies and the proxy form pursuant to Article 135 novies;
• information on the Company's share capital.

The abstract of the notice of call was published on April 4 th , 2024 in the Italian newspaper "Corriere della Sera".

Further documentation will be made available within the terms and in the manner provided for by the laws and regulations in force.
