THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES THE 2023 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT AND APPOINTS THE COLLEGIAL SUPERVISORY BOARD
Milan, September 26th, 2024. The Board of Directors of Cloudia Research S.p.A, Innovative SME active in the digital transformation sector with specialized offerings in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud and AI ("Cloudia Research" or the "Company"), listed on Euronext Growth Milan ("EGM"), meeting today resolved to approve the Sustainability Report 2023 and appointed the Collegial Supervisory Board ("SB").
The Sustainability Report 2023 has been voluntarily subscribed to by the Company and represents an essential reporting standard for communicating clearly and transparently with its stakeholders on its achievements in 2023 and the targets to be reached in terms of environmental, social and economic responsibility.
The Company's Supervisory Board in line with the requirements of a joint-stock company listed on the EGM, its composition was changed from monocratic to collegial. The Board of Directors reappointed Mr. Andrea Lavazza Seranto as Chairman and external member, and appointed Ms. Claudia Contaldi as internal member. The Supervisory Board will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for the year 2026.
