ePRICE S.p.A. (la "Società̀"), comunica che nella tarda serata di ieri, 7 novembre 2019, il Dott. Moshe Sade Bar ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Consigliere di Amministrazione della Società. Le dimissioni del consigliere Moshe Sade Bar, eletto nello scorso aprile come rappresentante della lista di minoranza, hanno effetto immediato.

Il Dott. Moshe Sade Bar è amministratore indipendente. Sulla base delle comunicazioni effettuate alla Società̀ e al pubblico, il Dott. Moshe Sade Bar non risulta detenere, al momento delle sue dimissioni, direttamente e/o indirettamente azioni della Società̀.

ePRICE S.p.A. announces that yesterday late night, november 7th 2019, Mr. Moshe Sade Bar has resigned from his position as Board Member of the Company. The resignation of Mr. Moshe Sade Bar, who was elected in the last April for representing the minority list, has immediate effect.

Mr. Moshe Sade Bar is independent director. On the basis of the communications to the Company and to public markets, Mr. Moshe Sade Bar does not hold, at the time of his resignation, directly and / or indirectly shares of the Company.
