Si rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di ePRICE S.p.A. chiamato ad approvare il Resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 settembre 2019 si terrà il giorno 10 novembre 2019, anziché il 12 novembre 2019 come indicato nel calendario annuale degli eventi societari.

Please note that the Board of Directors of ePRICE S.p.A. called to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30th September 2019 will be held on 10th November 2019, instead of 12th November 2019 as indicated in the annual calendar of corporate events.
