ELISA APPLIES FOR LISTING OF THE 2007B STOCK OPTIONS ON THE NASDAQ OMX HELSINKI STOCK EXCHANGE

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 11 NOV 2010 AT 5.00pm The Board of Directors of Elisa has 11.11.2010 made a decision to apply for listing of the Elisa 2007B stock options on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd as of approximately 1 December 2010. The total number of outstanding 2007B stock options is 850,000. Each 2007B stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) Elisa share. 273,000 pieces of 2007B stock options are in the possession of Elisa's subsidiary, which can't subscribe for shares with the stock options. The present share subscription price with 2007B stock option is EUR 9.47per share. Future dividends and capital repayments will be deducted from the subscription price upon payment. The share subscription period for 2007B stock options will begin on 1 December 2010 and end on 31 May 2012. Elisa announced the stock option scheme 2007on 18 December 2007.
