ELISA APPLIES FOR LISTING OF THE 2007C STOCK OPTIONS ON THE NASDAQ OMX HELSINKI STOCK EXCHANGE

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 17 NOV 2011 AT 4.55pm The Board of Directors of Elisa has 17 Nov 2011 made a decision to apply for listing of the Elisa 2007C stock options on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd as of approximately 1 December 2011. The total number of outstanding 2007C stock options is 850,000. Each 2007C stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) Elisa share. 245,000 pieces of 2007C stock options are in the possession of Elisa's subsidiary, Fonetic Oy, which can't subscribe for shares with the stock options. The present share subscription price with 2007C stock option is EUR 11.27 per share. Future dividends and capital repayments will be deducted from the subscription price upon payment. The share subscription period for 2007C stock options will begin on 1 December 2011 and end on 31 May 2013. Elisa announced the stock option scheme 2007 on 18 December 2007.
