. INVL Technology will apply for a closed-end investment company license to the Bank of Lithuania, and in its nature will become similar to investment fund. After receiving the licence, additional investments will be attracted.

• The strictest regulatory regime, intended for retail investors, will be applied for.

• It is planned that this company will be managed by Invalda LT Investments, owned by Invalda LT.
