• Established on 29 April 2014 on the basis of a part of assets split-off from Invalda LT, AB. Shares are listed on Nasdag Vilnius Stock Exchange since 4 June 2014.

• The first investment - 80 percent of BAIP group, UAB shares.

. INVL Technology will apply for a closed-end investment company license to the Bank of Lithuania, and in its nature will become similar to investment fund. After receiving the licence, additional investments will be attracted.

• The strictest regulatory regime, intended for retail investors, will be applied for.

• It is planned that this company will be managed by Invalda LT Investments, owned by Invalda LT.

Compared to the first half of 2013. BAIP group consolidated revenue in 2014 increased by 30 percent and reached 7.188 million EUR. In the same period last year it was 5.532 million EUR.

EBITDA increased by 58 percent and reached 0.654 million EUR. In the same period last year EBITDA amounted to 0.414 million EUR.
