NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT ISSUERS' REGULATION GROWTH MILAN: SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS
Milan, 19 July 2024. Cloudia Research S.p.A., Innovative SME active in the field of digital transformation with a specialised offering in the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud and AI ('Cloudia Research' or the 'Company'), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today it has received from the controlling shareholder Finaime S.r.l. - a 100% subsidiary of Marcantonio Angelo Merafina - the communication of a substantial change in its shareholding, reducing to below 50% of the currently known share capital, holding n. 2.137.500 shares, equal to 42,29% of the current share capital of Cloudia Research.
It should be noted that Marcantonio Angelo Merafina will continue to exercise control over the Company through Finaime S.r.l.
Following this change, the shareholders holding a stake of at least 5% (the so-called 'Significant Shareholders') in the Company are the following:
