Das am Neuem Markt notierte Medienhaus Dino entertainment AG in Stuttgart hat seine erste Auslandstochter gegründet. Die Dino France s.a.r.l. firmiert rückwirkend zum 1. April 2000 mit Sitz in Paris. Ziel ist zunächst, ab Herbst 2000 ein monatlich erscheinendes Heft zu der Kult-Fernsehserie “Die Simsons” auf französisch heraus zu bringen. Die Serie läuft in Frankreich in dem unverschlüsselten TV-Fenster von Canal Plus sehr erfolgreich mit durchschnittlich 1,5 Mio. Zuschauern. Lizenzgeber für die französische Comic-Serie “Die Simsons” ist Bongo Entertainment mit Sitz in Los Angeles, USA. Bei ihrem Schritt ins Ausland kooperiert die Dino entertainment AG eng mit dem Verlagshaus Motorpresse (Auto Motor und Sport), mit Sitz ebenfalls in Stuttgart. Der Kooperationspartner ist in seinem Bereich bereits in mehreren europäischen Ländern u.a. in Frankreich etabliert und übernimmt für Dino France den Vertrieb sowie den Anzeigenverkauf. —————————————————————————– Stuttgart, 10th April 2000. Dino entertainment AG in Stuttgart, listed on the German Neuer Markt, has founded it’s first branch abroad. Dino France s.a.r.l. is taking up business as of 1st April 2000 in Paris. First goal is to publish a monthly print-issue of the cult-TV- series “The Simsons” starting with autumn 2000. The series is broadcasted in France in the uncoded section of Canal Plus with about 1.5 million viewers. The licensor for the french comic series “The Simsons” is Bongo Entertainment, Los Angeles, USA. With it’s step towards France, Dino entertainment AG co-operates narrowly with Motorpresse, Stuttgart. The co-op-partner is well established in France, as well as in several other european countries and will coordinate the distribution and the sale of advertising space for Dino France.
