Cayman, Cayman Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on WIGE MEDIA AG, Köln,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006347701, WKN: 634770, have fallen below the 5% and
3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 28, 2007 and now amount to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
