Correction of our announcement according to Article 21 of the WpHG of
28.08.2007

On August 28, 2007, Highclere International Investors Limited London, UK
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005066609, WKN: 506660, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on August 24, 2007 and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to 510429
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 510429 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Highclere International Investors Smaller
Companies Fund.
