• Supervisory Board resolution and Management Board resolution on the
  sale of treasury stock from the share buyback programme of 2002

Cologne, 12 September 2007: In accordance with the Supervisory Board
resolution and the Management Board resolution, WIGE MEDIA AG (security
identification number: 634770) announces as of today that 100,000 shares
held by WIGE MEDIA AG are to be sold. These shares represent 1.67% of the
share capital.

The shares arising from a share buyback programme were bought back on 7
August 2002 in fulfilment of the Annual General Meeting resolution of 15
July 2002 at a price of EUR 0.72. At that time, the cost of purchase
totalled TEUR 72.

One objective of the buyback of treasury stock was to use the shares for
acquisitions. Because of the low volume, WIGE MEDIA AG no longer has any
strategic reason to retain these shares, as authorised capital amounting to
50% of the share capital is available.
