Q3 2007: Business Media China proceeds strong growth and exceeds breakeven
point

On the occasion of the 'Eigenkapitalforum' in Frankfurt, Business Media
China AG (WKN 525040) reports today preliminary quarterly results. In the
reporting period, sales reached EUR 8.1 million. This exceeds the turnover
generated in the first six month of the fiscal year, 9-month turnover
totalled to EUR 16.0 million. Further the company exceeded breakeven point
by achieving for the first time a slightly positive result in the quarter.

This development of positive profits and results is expected to increase
within the forthcoming quarters. The total revenue for fiscal 2007 is still
expected to reach between 26 and 28 million EUR. This despite the increase
of the EUR valuation (approx. +5%) versus the Chinese currency RMB since
the beginning of the year.

Beginning with the third quarter 2007, BMC will publish new detailed
quarterly results. This increased level of transparency should lead amongst
other things to the advancement of the company to the Prime Standard
Segment of the German Stock Exchange. The full quarterly report will be
