 Revenues up 5.6% in the first nine months to €31.25 million
 EBT improves by €0.03 million
 Break-even for 2007 not possible due to external factors

Cologne, 29 November 2007: WIGE MEDIA AG (German Securities Code Number:
634770) has published its report on the first nine months of 2007, the
transitional year of its strategic reorientation. The expansion in the
Company’s sales activities meant that revenues increased by 5.6% or €1.66
million to €31.25 million, compared with €29.59 million in the same period
of the previous year. EBITDA for the first nine months of 2007 remained
essentially unchanged at €3.88 million (previous year: €3.91 million),
while EBIT declined slightly year-on-year from € 0.62 million to € 0.81
million; this was due to higher levels of depreciation of new investments.
By contrast, earnings before taxes (EBT) improved by €0.03 million, from €
1.38 million to € 1.35 million. All prior-period amounts have been adjusted
for the non-recurring effect of the disposal of WIGE DATA GmbH in the
previous year.

Due to external factors beyond the control of WIGE MEDIA AG, including the
cancellation of a racing series outside Germany and uncertainty with regard
to the broadcasting rights for winter sport events, the Executive Board is
forecasting a low seven-digit loss for the current transitional year of the
Company’s strategic reorientation.
