 WIGE MEDIA AG publishes figures for the 2007 financial year
 Group revenues increase by over 6% to EUR 39.3 million
 Negative annual result due to external influences of EUR -3.1
million

Cologne, 29 April 2008: WIGE MEDIA AG (German Securities Code Number:
634770) today published its figures for the 2007 financial year, the
transitional year for the strategic realignment. Despite the
discontinuation of key revenue generators, sales in the 2007 financial year
improved by EUR 2.3 million to EUR 39.3 million. There was a particularly
positive revenues trend in Europe (outside Germany) which were up 20% and
revenues generated outside Europe (plus 51%).

As a result of exogenous project rejections in the fourth quarter of 2007,
not relating to areas which WIGE could influence, and uncertainty in
relation to the issue of transfer rights, results did not follow on from
the positive trend of the first three quarters. At EUR 3.76 million, EBIDTA
was below the EUR 10.44 million generated in the previous year. EBIT was
EUR -2.77 million after EUR 4.36 million in the previous year. In the 2007
financial year, EBT was EUR -3.59 million after EUR 3.55 million in the
financial year 2006. The annual result for the 2007 financial year was EUR
-3.11 million after EUR 3.54 million in the previous year. Thus earnings
per share in the 2007 financial year totalled EUR -0.52 after EUR 0.60 in
the 2006 financial year. The key factor in the 2006 result was the sale of
WIGE DATA GmbH.

Adjusted for this non-recurring effect, EBITDA was improved from EUR 3.34
million in the 2006 financial year to EUR 3.76 million in the 2007
financial year. EBIT was almost unchanged at EUR -2.77 million after EUR
-2.71 million in the previous year. In the reporting year, EBT at EUR -3.59
million was at a similar level to the previous year (EUR -3.54 million).
The net results improved from EUR -3.56 million in the 2006 financial year
to EUR -3.11 million in financial year 2007.
