informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005066609, WKN: 506660, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 20, 2007 and now amount to 9.26% (this corresponds to
2346145 Voting Rights).
