informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005066609, WKN: 506660, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on April 28, 2008 and now amount to 10.04% (this corresponds to 2544000
