Business Media China AG: Change in the Supervisory Board

Following the proposal of the Managing Board the Registration Office in
Stuttgart appointed Mr Wolfgang Sandow to become member of the Supervisory
Board as of October 2nd, 2008

Mr. Wolfgang Schellkes, the previous Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
resigned as Chairman and as member of the Supervisory Board for personal
reasons effective as of September 30, 2008.

Dipl. Ökonom (graduate degree in business (administration) and economy)
Wolfgang Sandow (58) started his almost 30 years of career - after his
academic studies of economics at the University of Giessen and the
following exams as auditor and tax advisor - as a Partner in a renowned law
firm. Today he operates as a freelance auditor and tax advisor.

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board would like to thank Mr
Wolfgang Schellkes for his professional support in the set-up period of BMC
and wish him all the best for his personal and vocational future.
