Correction of the release dated September 22, 2008

correctively according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

DE0005066609, WKN: 506660, have fallen below the 20% limits of the Voting
Rights on October 2, 2008 and amount to 16.78% (this corresponds to 4252279
