us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on ADM Hamburg Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0007269003, WKN: 726900, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30%, 50% and 75% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008 and
now amount to 95.18% (this corresponds to 712696 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 95.18%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 712696 Voting Rights) is to be
