Business Media China AG and Wall AG Sign Cooperation Agreement
Stuttgart, January 12, 2009. In accordance with the schedule of the LOI
that was concluded in November 2008, Business Media China AG and Wall AG
signed a cooperation agreement on December 30, 2008.
The cooperation agreement arranges for the common engagement of the two
companies on the Chinese outdoor advertising market through the promotion
of Wall AG’s street furniture products. The objectives are, on the one
hand, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) with Chinese metropolises and, on
the other hand, the marketing of the OOH advertising media resulting from
these PPPs through BMC Advertising, a 100 percent subsidiary of Business
Media China AG.
Making use of its long-time contacts with the responsible persons in the
respective Chinese cities, BMC will promote the conclusion of advertising
agreements with these cities, receiving support from Wall AG in terms of
know-how, design services, and samples.
During the next weeks, the 'WALL Truck' that is equipped with samples will
start its road show throughout China to present Wall AG’s products on the
spot and in their original dimensions. The cooperation partners expect to
receive great responses from the cities that will be visited during the
road show.
Furthermore, the cooperation partners agreed upon establishing an equitable
joint venture in China in the near future.
Wall AG is a leading manufacturer and supplier of street furniture
products. Establishing long-term partnerships with its client cities, the
company provides street furniture and attends to their cleaning,
management, and maintenance. In return, Wall AG is assigned the marketing
rights for its high-quality advertising spaces.

Business Media China AG is already one of the leading and most
distinguished outdoor advertising companies in China today. The cooperation
will give the two companies the possibility to gain access to partnerships
with Chinese major cities and to secure long-term licenses for advertising
spaces in attractive public locations.
