according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany (ISIN:
DE000507990), have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on March
6, 2009 and now amounts to 2.98% (this corresponds to 89,413 voting
