1. The Royce Fund, Wilmington, Delaware/USA, has informed us according to
   Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on our
   company have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on July 6, 2007
   and amounted on this date to 3.01% (this corresponds to 90,442 voting
   rights).

2. Furthermore, the Royce Fund, Wilmington, Delaware/USA, has informed us
   according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
   rights on our company have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights
   on September 2, 2008 and amounted on this date to 5.25% (this corresponds
   to 157,472 voting rights).

3. Finally, the Royce Fund, Wilmington, Delaware/USA, has informed us
   according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
   rights on our company have fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting
   rights on October 29, 2009 and amounted on this date to 4.95% (this
   corresponds to 148,409 voting rights).

4. In a letter dated November 2, 2009, the Royce Micro Cap Fund, New York,
   USA, informed us that it withdraws its voting rights notification published
   by us on August 28, 2007. In this notification, the Royce Micro Cap Fund
   announced that its voting rights have exceeded the 3% threshold on July 17,

5. In explanation of the withdrawal of this notification, the Royce
   Micro Cap Fund declared that it had not been obliged to issue such
   notification at the time.

6. Royce & Associates, LLC, New York, USA, has corrected its voting rights
   notification published by us on August 28, 2007 and informed us pursuant to
   Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in our company
   exceeded the 5% threshold on August 17, 2007 and amounted to 5.02% on this
   date (150,522 voting rights). Pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
   No. 6 of the WpHG, these voting rights of 5.02% (150,522 voting rights)
   were attributable to Royce & Associates, LLC through The Royce Fund, among
   others. The Royce Fund held more than 3% of the voting rights.

7. Legg Mason, Inc., Baltimore, USA, has corrected its voting rights
   notification published by us on August 28, 2007 and informed us pursuant to
   Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that its voting rights in our company
   exceeded the 5% threshold on August 17, 2007 and amounted to 5.02% on this
   date (150,522 voting rights). Pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
   No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG these voting rights of
   5.02% (150,522 voting rights) were attributable to Legg Mason, Inc.,
   through The Royce Fund, among others. The Royce Fund held more than 3% of
   the voting rights.
